I'm Chelsea (she/her). I am a certified, trauma-informed somatic yoga + meditation teacher and founder/owner of Luna Somatic Yoga + Wellness.
I teach nervous system regulation tools to be used as a holistic and supportive mind-body approach for your own personal healing journey. At Luna, we practice trauma-informed, somatic based yoga which focuses on body awareness and physical sensations from within vs. achieving specific asanas (poses). This way of practicing give us an opportunity to explore making a safe connection with our bodies. My class offerings are not fast paced practices. Instead, we aim for calming body, mind + soul relaxation through nurturing restorative + slow flow yoga, pranayama (breathwork) + meditation.
